WHAT IS BANDED FLOW?
BENEFITS OF USING RESISTANCE BANDS
THE BANDS NEEDED FOR BANDED FLOW, WHERE TO GET BANDS & HOW TO TIE
BANDS USED IN CLASSES:
1 long band (no loops), 5-6ft in length
1 mini loop band of light resistance
1 mini loop band of medium-heavy resistance
1 one loop long band, 5-6ft in length, tied into one continuous loop
2 two loop long bands, 5-6ft in length, with TWO LOOPS tied (one loop on each end)

Buy enough bands to make the set, so in the individual long bands make sure you have a total of 5 which you can tie loops into accordingly. Select the 1.5 metre option for the bands linked below. Browse on Amazon for additional options or to buy a roll to cut them yourself. You may decide to buy a different color band of a lighter or heavier resistance than the red!
