6MIN. LOWER BODY & LEG RELEASE WITH BLANKET

Grab a towel or a blanket, roll it up and tune in for guidance on a short and sweet sequence to soothe your calves, hamstrings, abdominals and help connect you into the parasympathetic nervous system. This mini sequence is perfect for any time of the day!

28MIN. GENTLE YOGA PRACTICE

This 28min gentle yoga practice is suitable for beginners and all level movers and is an excellent intro to yoga & mobility. Explore supine, seated and standing postures and movement with support from the floor & a chair and develop awareness and linkage of the breath with your movement. A well rounded, gentle and grounded practice open to everyone for any time of the day. Enjoy!

11MIN. MEDITATIVE & ENERGY MOVING FLOW

Tune in to this 11min meditative & energy moving flow, heavily inspired by Qigong. This flow is great for any time of the day, whether you have just woken up in the morning, are in need an afternoon pick me up or a break from work, or desire a sweet centering for your the evening.

 

The tapping explored in this practice is a simple and beautiful way to wake up your body, reduce stress and promote a balance of energy throughout the body. The other breathing and slower paced movements in this practice are mini sequences that I use personally to calm my own anxiety, depression & nervousness. I hope you enjoy this offering.
