During these challenging times when we are out of our routines, under the stress of the uncertain present & unpredictable future and not able to get out as much as we used to, it becomes more difficult to keep stress levels down, sustain a movement practice and stay feeling connected with ourselves and others. Through virtual yoga sessions, we will use movement, mobility work, yoga, breathing techniques, meditation and much more to bring the focus back home to the body and the breath, soothing the nervous system and restoring awareness and connection to the physical body & all of the other subtler layers of our consciousness.
These sessions are held through Zoom and tailored to suit your specific needs, whether you are a beginner, someone who is working with an injury or a specific restriction, or a more experienced mover.
