What: A four-week workshop series

Have you ever taken a yoga class and wondered WHY: Why those specific poses and why that order? Why could I do a pose today that I couldn't do yesterday? Why do I struggle with certain types of poses and why are others so easy for me? The Single Point Gang wants to help you get to the bottom of it this May!
Each session will include a 60-75 minute vinyasa practice followed by 30-45 minutes of discussion covering all of your questions about the practice. This is an excellent opportunity for newer teachers to pick our brains, but will also be fascinating for dedicated students who love to unpack their practice. We are a nerdy group of teachers and we can't wait to break it all down for you.
Drop in for one week or take all four! Those who register for the full series will have access to recordings of all sessions through June 15, 2021 in case you miss a live session or want to return to one later on.
