This trio of Banded Flow classes is designed to introduce you to a full body, full spectrum resistance band and movement experience. Each class uses resistance bands with yoga and strength & mobility exercises in a variety of ways to help you strengthen your body, rehab & prehab injury and pain, spark new inspiration, insight and creativity to your yoga and movement practice, and help you build new movement skills to develop a deeper connection to your body and mind.

WHAT IS BANDED FLOW?

BENEFITS OF USING RESISTANCE BANDS

THE BANDS NEEDED FOR BANDED FLOW, WHERE TO GET BANDS & HOW TO TIE

BANDS USED IN CLASSES:

  • 1 long band (no loops), 5-6ft in length

  • 1 mini loop band of light resistance

  • 1 mini loop band of medium-heavy resistance

  • 1 loop long band, 5-6ft in length, tied into one continuous loop

  • 2 two loop long bands, 5-6ft in length, of the SAME resistance with TWO LOOPS tied (one loop on each end)

Click on the links below to view mini bands & long resistance bands. Buy enough bands to make the set, so in the individual long bands make sure you have a total of 4 of the same resistance which you can tie loops into accordingly.
