This trio of Banded Flow classes is designed to introduce you to a full body, full spectrum resistance band and movement experience. Each class uses resistance bands with yoga and strength & mobility exercises in a variety of ways to help you strengthen your body, rehab & prehab injury and pain, spark new inspiration, insight and creativity to your yoga and movement practice, and help you build new movement skills to develop a deeper connection to your body and mind.

THE BANDS NEEDED FOR BANDED FLOW, WHERE TO GET BANDS & HOW TO TIE
BANDS USED IN CLASSES:

1 long band (no loops), 5-6ft in length
-
1 mini loop band of light resistance
-
1 mini loop band of medium-heavy resistance
-
1 loop long band, 5-6ft in length, tied into one continuous loop
-
2 two loop long bands, 5-6ft in length, of the SAME resistance with TWO LOOPS tied (one loop on each end)
