I began studying and practicing yoga to supplement my dance training during my time as a B.F.A Dance major at The Boston Conservatory. Yoga became a natural extension of dance for me, providing a different path to discover more about myself. Fast forward a few years and injuries later, I expanded how I view and teach yoga through my pursuit of extensive studies in movement, kinesiology, anatomy, physiology and biomechanics.

I am currently in graduate school studying for a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree... Class of 2027!

As a Yoga, Movement & Mobility Educator and Specialist, I integrate multidisciplinary methods of movement + science to educate, optimize, enhance and inspire well-being through movement and breathing.

My offerings center around the intention of helping my students and clients uncover and unravel the web of the body in an anatomically holistic way, creating the space for discernment, discovery, learning, and healing.

Are molded around individual needs, whether that is to rehab or rehab injury, facilitate greater mobility with stability, train movement efficiency, build strength and endurance and so much more. Together we will work with the intention of creating optimal neuromuscular connections and awareness through a combination of yoga, multidisciplinary movement, mobility, breathing, strength building exercises, and prop use for greater proprioception (resistance bands, therapy balls, yoga blocks, etc).
