Depending on your goals, we’ll integrate multiple disciplines and movement styles to help you:

  • Build and increase strength

  • Improve mobility and range of motion

  • Enhance stability and movement efficiency

  • Optimize recovery and resilience

  • Support rehabilitation or injury prevention (rehab/prehab)

  • Improve body mechanics and overall function

Strength Coaching Includes

  • Personalized Programming: A training plan tailored specifically for you and your goals.

  • Progress Tracking: Programming delivered via Google Sheets with detailed exercise breakdowns and an easy-to-use format to monitor your progress over time.

  • Ongoing Support: Meet in person or online as often as needed to stay on track and reach your goals.

Cancellation Policy: I maintain a 24hr cancellation policy for all private sessions. Sessions not canceled within 24hrs of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
Session Package Policy: All session packages expire within 6 months of purchase.
