What is Threes Physiyoga Method?
TPM bridges the gap between physical therapy and yoga.
Physiyoga is the merging of physical therapy principles with yoga. It is the practical application of functional anatomy and biomechanics, applied physiology and kinesiology into a yoga practice to optimize human movement.

What is the TPM Virtual Studio?
The TPM Virtual Studio houses programs and classes that integrate physical therapy and yoga practices.
The programs and classes range in level, duration, resistance load & focus, from body part to sport-specific movement, pre & postnatal classes and so much more. All classes aim to optimize wellbeing and integration of PT & yoga through mindfulness, movement, breath and knowledge.

Why TPM?
The field of using yoga therapeutically is rapidly expanding as students and others desire injury rehabilitation through less conventional methods.

Yoga teachers are often the first person a student turns to when they have pain.

Integrating yoga with PT paves the way to mitigating injury, speeding up recovery time, and sustaining healthy movement patterns for longevity. In our online studio you'll find functional movement, smart strengthening, mobility practices, stress reduction, injury/pain support, and more.

The TPM Virtual Studio is one home to access intelligent, progressive, accessible, and versatile movement classes woven with physical therapy concepts designed to help you build/maintain long term resilience.
