THE PRACTICE: Banded Flow is a special class that combines yoga, strength, stability, and mobility exercises all with resistance bands! Improve strength throughout your range of motion, increase resiliency throughout your whole body, develop new movement skills, increase proprioception, spark new inspiration, insight, and creativity to your practice & more. **Bands provided.**
