BANDS USED IN CLASS:

  • 1 mini loop band of light resistance

  • 1 mini loop band of medium-heavy resistance

  • 1 one loop long band, 5-6ft in length, tied into one continuous loop

  • 2 two loop long bands, 5-6ft in length, with TWO LOOPS tied (one loop on each end)
